The man behind Whitescreen.top
Whitescreen.top was created by myself. I’m a professional web developer for over 10 years who needed a fast, reliable, and distraction-free screen color tool — and couldn’t find one that did everything in one place.
How it started?
It started with a simple problem: I needed a clean white screen to clean a monitor, and every tool I found was either cluttered with ads, required an account, or only worked on desktop. So I built my own.
What began as a single white screen page quickly grew into a full-featured color display tool — with custom HEX support, colored noise generation, image export, dead pixel testing, and more. Today, Whitescreen.top is used by thousands of users every month — photographers, streamers, designers, developers, and everyday users around the world.
My mission
My goal is simple: provide the fastest, cleanest, and most complete free screen color tool on the web — with no tracking, no sign-up, and no friction.
Every feature I add answers a real user need. I keep the interface minimal so the tool stays instant to use on any device, from a smartphone to a 4K monitor. Whitescreen.top is also built as a Progressive Web App, meaning it works fully offline — no internet connection required once loaded. Whether you’re backstage, in a studio, or anywhere without reliable Wi-Fi, the tool is always available.
Accessibility is a core part of that mission too. The site is designed to be usable by everyone, including people with visual impairments, motor difficulties, or other accessibility needs. I want every user — regardless of ability — to enjoy a seamless, frustration-free experience.
